Shipping areas
We currently deliver Australia wide.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Our shipping rates are calculated using known courier rates. If however for some reason either the nature of your order or your location leaves us in a loss situation, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your money. We would always communicate with you during this process.

Shipping method
Emobility Shop uses multiple courier companies for shipment of orders in Australia.

EXPRESS Shipping – Australia

We are proud to announce that we are now offering Express Shipping on all phone orders!

Personal delivery and set up
We can deliver and set up major items as indicated on the website but if your location or any other circumstances do not allow this we reserve the right to adjust the shipping method (with your approval) or refund your purchase.

Packaging
All equipment is substantially packaged for maximum protection during the shipping process. In some instances if deemed necessary partial or minor disassembly of the equipment may be required to better protect the item.

Order processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 days of order request [most orders are processed on the same day] .

Shipping times - (Under normal circumstances)
For delivery to major cities and inner city areas, please allow 2-3 working days, excluding holidays as determined by carrier, from the date of the clearance of payment. For deliveries to remote or rural areas, please allow 5-6 working days, excluding holidays as determined by carrier. A signature is required by carrier upon delivery of goods.

Unforeseen delays
While we can can control most handling times - we can not control some unforeseen events including transport delays. Therefore - if for any reason delivery is not received within the times shown in the schedule above, we will not accept any financial liability resulting from the delay.

Damaged or faulty
If any item purchased is received faulty, damaged or defective please take photos of the damage and then contact us same day ASAP, This means we have time to claim against our couriers if they caused the damage. Whatever the issue we will organise whatever it takes to rectify the situation immediately. Even if it means sending you a new replacement. We will pay all costs including parts, labour, call out fees, and shipping.

How to return your item
Contact our customer support team using the contact us tab. One of our team will assist you with your return request. We will organise collection at a time to suit you. We will pay all costs.
